I solved 2 puzzling mind boggling Database questions in 1 hour! 1 is the Credit Assignment and one is the Supplimentary Pass/Fail assignment.
For the supp, all I did was to create a new "Diagnosis" table linking "Patient" and "Visit".
For the credit assignment, it was even sweeter. The magic code was:
SELECT c.Name AS Name, v.Name AS Victim, v.TelNo AS Contact
FROM CardHolder AS c, CardHolder AS v
WHERE c.Name <> v.Name
ORDER BY c.Name;
